steel and aluminium supplier
Am I being stupid by not reading enough, or is this place rather cheap?

I was searching for aluminum check plate and from b&Q it was around £60 for a small 500mm x 500mm bit, were as the same material on this place is
just £8,26?

plus it looks like they do plain sheet ali and steel too.
Has anyone out there ever used, or heard of them and is it really that cheap?

The first checker plate starts at £30.41 surely??
Your looking at Stucco embossed?

I've been hammering that website for the last 15 minutes and the total is always the same, a sheet of 1m by 1m is £30.41 but a 500mm by 500mm
sheet is only £9.
As for the 0.6mm plain sheet ali, it's only £23 for a 2.5m by 1.25m sheet. Not sure of the grade or anything, have sent an email to find out,
but that sounds rather cheap to me.

Sounds like you have fallen into the trap of assuming 500mm^2 is half of 1000mm^2 (or 1m^2) but it's not... it's 1/4! Therefore, four
500mm^2 is £36!

errrmmmm, I had actually, but all I need is a little bit to run down both footwell's and if they cut it to the right lengths then wahey! Waiting
on a reply from them regarding postage cost, cutting cost and the like, so will see if it is cheaper.
Just to hijack my own post, what light's have you got on the back of your car hellfire and were did you get them, the missus like's the
look, and seeing as I left her in charge of exterior look's and paint, what she say's -goes (but not for too long)
