Ultimate Low Cost Mudguards?

I saw that on top gear a while ago. Looks good. Cant remember what clarkson said about the arches.

swine, opened up the plans and set up the download manager ...........
think the engine is a bit underpowered and the trangulation is a bit lacking. body looks good though, lightweight.
