aeroscreen material
What material you you guys use for the aero screen? Is it the scratch-proof Lexan or just plexi glass? What is the thickness, 3/36"?
Also, when you attach it to the scuttle, do you just use small button-head bilts with big washers on the GRP side?
As much as I fancied myself a youngster, there is just too much wind in the face...

I use Lexan on my old car, worked well 6mm thick iirc, 5mm button heads, with repair washers on the grp side

The screen I got from Mac#1 was in 6mm Lexan and came with 5 button head bolts. It's stayed on for 1000 miles or so so far!

Ive also used Mac#1 screen - good for 1400 miles so far. Great protection for little money. New workz screen is even better.
