Grind the cracks down through the gel coat to the matting - you want to achieve a 'V' shape. Then fill them with a good quality body
filler and finally prime & paint.

Stop drill either end or it will most likely continue after the repair.

full thickness cracks or normal gel goat staring ?
If latter just grind out and repair/reinforce with woven mat and surface tissue.
Full thickness cracks have to have holes drilled at the end as crack arrestors, the ground down and woven mat aplied to both sides.

Agree with previous comments, when painting you may want to use an isolator to stop the paint mapping round the filled area.
