Stuart Taylor, MK, Luego, Mac#1 - They're all good, just depends on which styling you like the best (much the same, but there's a few differences here and there).

I can say that the quality if the MK bodywork is excellent.

Whichever you choose, make sure you leave plenty of lead time in case they have to manufacture the bodywork - would hate to think you'd wasted a trip!

I got mine from GTS, not bad, and fairly cheap. I bought mine seperately but think they do a six piece set. (gtstuning.com I think)

Cheers

IMHO all you really need is the nose cone.

If you are making the frame then making wings, scuttle and bonnet should be within your grasp.

Skinning with Ali is not hard, bending the bonnet is surprisingly easy as is the scuttle which just leaves wings which are plentiful on fleabay.

Personally I just purchased resin and matt and made my own (never touched fibreglass before so ended up with lots of pin holes, but only cost £50 for all wings that exactly fit my wheels !

Caterham , nosecone and arches work on a Locost book chassis .

It's sometimes surprising if you ring Caterhams the parts are cheaper than Kitcar copyists , better quality , better service.

And no I do not have shares in caterham cars!!

I can put you in touch with someone in Manchester who does full bodywork sets ? The quality is excellent, and he's way more reasonable than any of the companies mentioned

No connection to me - other than I'm a very satisfied customer from a few weeks back.

PM me if you want his details

Cheers,

Mike
