Wheel Laquer?

I managed to scuff one of my brand new Compomotive wheels while getting the car off a trailer recently. It has taken the laquer right down to the paint but thankfully not gone any further. I need to touch in the laquer before getting it on the road and allowing water to penetrate. It is a very thick layer but what type of laquer is it?

Cheers,
Raz

Hicote spray cans do a lacquer you can use over cellulose or synthetic. I spray it into the lid then use a brush if I want a thick coat on a small area.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
