Bits for wipers / blades etc

Anyone know where to get short (Caterham length) blades- other than Caterham? Got some 10" mini blades but they're too long....

Also- have people angled the wheel boxes- presumably if they're perpendicular to the scuttle they won't work properly- I had some outer chrome bushes but I've lost them- presumably don't you also need ones on the inside?!?!

Thanks in advance,

Ben

Caterham ones are actually pretty reasonable. Check out their website.

MG Midget blades are fine and Series 2 Land Rover I believe are also a similar length.

You can buy the sleeves that angle the wheelboxes from Morris Minor specialists. I bought some recently for the Trials car and can dig out the supplier if you let me know if you want me to.

Apparently the Series 2 blades are 11"... I better go measure mine. Pretty sure they're 10" and that's too long on the Caterham screen.... not sure about the midget length... Oooh! just checked 8" or 9"... Should do the trick...

Cheers- 2CV are either 9" or 10" accourding to the ones for sale on Ebay- why do car manufacturers use two different length blades!!!

Do you just use the chrome ones above the scuttle or ones underneath as well?!?!?

Sorted!!!!

Cheers for all the info and the headsup...
Wasn't sure if you could get 2cv blades in chrome (mostly appear to be black and I've got a chrome screen)- saw some midget ones 9" polished and they sell the inner / outer bushes too! Sweet...
