colour
My car is Kawaski green but for some reason the paint likes to come away from the under coat don;t know why. so the paint is comming off and the
under coat.
So, do i re-paint the car or just polish the ali back up? and would it show any little marks from when it was keyed for the primer?

will prob have the sanding marks from keying alright be a big pain to get it back to shiny.
is the paint lifting off the metal? If so did you etch primer it first?

yep - you need a special primer for aluminium - acid etch primer.

COLOUR
The primer is still in tact just certain parts of the top coat, only noticed when taking some masking tape off.
I think i will take it back to bare ali and start again cos i love the colour and don;t fancy an invisible car when the sun is low, look what happend
to James Dean!

colour
It was a paint which was suitable for spraying or hand paint, it was applied with a roller following others who had went down the same road,
it's a good finish with no marks etc.
