Assembly order for the Windscreen
Going to start to fit my screen tomorrow and was looking for a bit of guidance. The supports need to be bent which I am not looking forward to. What
is the best way of going about fittig the screen? Attach the side rails to the frame to get the bend points then profile the bends? Some pictures
would be good to see what the alignment shound be like...
Thanks as usual....

what i did was to make an MDF panel the same as my windscreen, then bend the frame around that, one thing you need to be carefull of ,is when you bend
the U channel the groove nips up a bit, if you dont rectify this before you fit the glass it will crack under the pressure.

Im thinking you may have already bought the frame as a manufactured item, if so mark the centre point of the frame bottom an a;lso the centre point of
the scuttttle . Place the screen anto the scuttle aligning the 2 marks and find a way of sitting the screen in place, 100mph tape is a good method ie
tape to the screen and to the roll bar also to the screen and ton the bonnet so you have opposing ,forces holdinf the screen in place. From here its
easy bend the pright to suit the shape of the bulkhead and frame on both sides apply tape tpo the bulkhead and drill the mounting points.
HJope this helps ideally you need a helper

When you get to the stage of fixing screen to side supports mark the position of the side support to screen frame fixing screws onto the frame
dismantle the glass from the frame , drill and tap for the fixing screws , temporarily fit side supports and use a dremel type tool with a cutting
disc to cut fixing screws to length. Do this without the glass in place to save breakages. If you are using Luego side supports they are not too
difficult to bend, just take your time and keep checking after each adjustment
