Indy cycle wings and jacking points

Chaps,

Need to fiddle with my cycle wings and want to jack up the Indy. First time I will be doing this. HWere are the best jacking point on the car? We normally do my buddies megabusa witht he jack under the nose cone from the front? Also, point at the rear and axel stand location would be great too.

Secondly, my cycle wings are bolted onto the side of the wingstay although I am sure the bar is beant round flat level with the top of the wheel. Should i bolt this or can I slick 'em on with a bonding agent so no nasty bolts showing? what glue? i feel a srew fix visit comign on lol

Cheers

Jack at the front under the nose.

Jack at the rear under the diff.

I think the recommended "best" way to fasten the wings is PU adhesive and then glassfibre a sheet over to hold in place.

I've recently PU'd my arches on. I can't see glassfibre making any diffrence. I think any impact that might take them off would probably wreck the arch first. Make sure the wingstay is keyed to for the PU. On advice from Worx, I cut a criss-cross pattern with a 1mm disc. Then use gloves and a paintbrush (to smooth the PU back over the top of the wingstay on the non-mounting side) and don't be shy with it the PU. I should have taken pics.

Only caveat is that I can't remember what my old MK wingstays used to look like? I've used Procomp's on my MNR.

If you're going to just use PU though make sure you strip the bracket back to metal and key it, don't just stick it to powder coat/paint. Otherwise only the paint will be holding your wings on
