fitting scuttle
About to fit my scuttle for the last time however i have this mind set that it it goes on it needs to be able to come off. What is he best thing to
use to be sure that it will safely come apart again? Silicone?

I just used some coach screws at the rear and the front of the scuttle through the GRP return into the chassis rail. No problems so far despite a few
times on and off. That's what STM used to do on their race cars too.

I am going for Rivnuts in the chassis and in the dashboard, meaning I can take either off....

Eh? Rivnuts in the chassis and the dash so you can take either off. Why would you want to take the chassis off?

I used butyl tape, never sets, basically automotive bluetak
If you can keep you head, whilst all others around you are losing theirs, you are not fully aware of the situation

I used ally brackets rivetted to the chassis, to which the scuttle is bolted.
