Should I bolt this in with high tensile? And should the master cylinders be bolted to it with high tensile?
If its broke, fix it. If it aint broke, take it apart and find out how it works!

Just make sure the pedal box is well braced, the bolts will be stonger than the metal you bolt it to. If it moves, add more bracing.
