2K paint touch up

Having just repaired a crack in my wheel arch after my off at Castle Combe I need to touch up the area. I have some 2 pack paint left from the original paint job which I use without the hardner (so no isocynates) for touching up paint chips which does set after a few hours.
If I use a pencil airbrush to spray the paint over a 4 inch area without the hardner will it set?

If you dont use the hardener it shouldnt set at all!

If its broke, fix it. If it aint broke, take it apart and find out how it works!

Ive used it with a pencil brush to touch up chips etc and it hardens of after about an hour and is completly dry after 24 hrs. I was just wondering if it would go off if sprayed over a slightly larger area.

Dave, it will go off but may take several days on a larger area, can be difficult to keep undamaged during that length of time & it might still "fingerprint" for a month or more. Why not just pop a little hardener in with it, if you use a mask in a well ventilated area you're not going to do yourself any damage - it's about as dangerous as smoking one cigarette I would think, but a lot less addictive!

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1
