I have similar sleeve nuts on my Revolution wheels so can understand the problem - there's a lot of distance down to the stud.
You mention only being able to get a screwdriver down behind the hub.
Can you manage a beefy one with sharpened tip like a chisel and hammer it into the back of the stud head so the screwdriver is biting into the stud at right angles and pointing in the opposite direction to the way you'll unscrew the nut ( a spare pair of hands might be a good idea)?
I think that a socket or ring spanner held tight over the nut and given a few sharp hits with a hammer might just free it.
Alternatively an impact wrench if you can beg, borrow or even hire one might be best.
Failing that drilling all the way down is the only answer but you must make sure you are drilling straight otherwise you'll chew into the hub!
Good luck and keep us posted.
HTH.

After a lot of work I solved it!!

Dremel and flat blade across the top of the nut. Then split the nut in two.
