Well after Darren rang and a small problem with post codes Business Post delivered new items (the others apparently lost). Three of the four corners had been torn open and the gel coat damaged. Darren has promised to replace these but with no time scale attached. He really doesnt want to return my money

If the parcel was damaged in transit then it's covered on insurance so can be claimed back. Biz post will collect the damaged parts take a picture etc then a claim form is submitted....easy I have had to do this but only once I paid the fella back in full got paid out and managed to salvage the seat....It's now a computer chair at home

with all due respect I have had similar issues in the past. Its not casting blame for the damage -its the way in which the situation is resolved that counts imho.

And anyway if 1 set has gone missing and 1 set has been damaged surely thats 2 sets darren can claim for off the courier company so providing more revenue for the extra sets made?!

Ned.

Mark,
Their are several things with my dealings with Darren that im sure could be improved on and have been metioned here many times and in my personal experinence neds comments are spot on.

Im sure Darren is working exceeding hard to overcome his problems to provide a better service for the furture and the tie in with rally design can only be a good thing.
However that dosn't make those of us who have and are still waiting an exceedingly long time for parts to be sent, feel any better about it.

Not wishing to get into GTS's customer service record argument but for everyone who should have a problem with a supplier in future just ring your credit card company tell them you are in dispute with a supplier tell them briefly whats happened and your card will be credited.

If you've paid by cash/cheque your on your own.

Some of the antics that Ive read of of suppliers on this forum are beyond belief.

Cheers,
Bob
