Building: built mk indy blade now got a cobra

fitting bodywork

hi there
just a quick question what the best thing to attach the body panels to the chassis its an mk indy i want to use rivnuts and some sort of screw so i can remove the panels if need be
what type of fixings have people used
?

my rear panel and sides are glued and rivited the rest use m4 m5 m6 s/s button heads

I used rivnuts and bolts at about 12 to 18 inch intervals. Its a mechanically useful solution if not exactly pretty in the end.

It think reman had the best solution of sikaflex down the side pannels with a couple of rivets at each end.

for the sidepanels, i threaded the chassis and put m6 bolts in on the top, underneath i used self tapping screws, for the rear i used rivnuts on homemade brackets...
any panels in particular?
