Need mirrors for IVA

i've got rivnuts in the car already form where there were mirrors in its previous job racing, but no idea what type they are.
i need some IVA suitable ones.
rivnut mounting holes are 38mm apart (like SPA mirrors, which are too small for IVA), and vertical. lots of bike mirrors i've seen only seem to fit horizontal
also, being rivnuts, they need to be secured with bolts from the outside, and probably covered with a rubber boot, and not a fixed bolt with nut arrangement.
lastly, must not be more than 20cm length in total really. want to keep them within the bodywork so that some of the IVA requirements aren't needed

here's a photo

might be worth a shot, they look pretty good. but IVA says they have to be 70mm tall, and be able to fit a 70mm x 40mm rectangle in the glass. they seem to be 55mm tall? the one's i've seen anyway...
are they ok because they're off a type approved bike?
