Dax Cycle Wings - Is there a alternative?

I am literally on the cusp of ordering some cycle wings for my Viento and I think the DJ Sportscar ones are the bees knobbly knees. To me they just look cooler than the normal seven style wings. Trouble is they are really quite expensive. Is there any cheaper versions out there? My fronts are 15/205.

Pointless post. But thanks for wasting my time.

I have looked on ebay but they don't often show you what they look like on a car. There were some on there yesterday when I check that looked similar but they stated for tyres that are 200 wide and mine are 205's.

75% of all my parts came from ebay, and I have seen cycle wings exactly as you described on there. So instead of moaning you can't find any, why don't you look?

As stated in my above post I have looked on ebay, I spent 30 - 40 minutes looking at the different ones available. But I could not find any that showed images of them on the vehicle. I also searched on here and found some old threads relating to the same subject.

I wondered if any other forum users had bought some DAX like wings and were happy with them, if so could they kindly point me in the right direction.

I didn't expect to be accused of lazyness on this subject to be honest.

Guess I shall be getting some from DJ Sportcars then. Only they haven't replied to my email yet.

No problem. I am bit touchy about because I try quite hard to title my threads something relevant and I always search beforehand. It helps future searches. I really hate it when someone starts a thread with the title 'look' or 'problem' or something equally undiscriptive. :-)

And I am excellent at useless posts and whinging. Just do a search and you'll see.. Sorry but it is actually true. You would be like this too if you looked outside and it was minus 25.
