Carbon Effect 3D Wrap

Hi Everyone,

It's been a while since I have been on here. But I have been checking in over the last few weeks and have been doing a few jobs on the Tiger to get ready for summer.

I then realised I could get my best man to drive me to my wedding (27th April). So we have made a start wrapping the side panels in carbon effect stuff. For those that don't know, Tiger leaves the sides as bare aluminium on a SuperCat. I know others have them painted etc but I left mine bare. This has been fine but after a while they have tarnished.

We are wrapping the cycle wings, bonnet and side panels.

So we are having a spring clean but wanted to show you all the progress so far

Thanks
Dan

Nice work.

With regards to using it for the wedding, have you checked your insurance? Mine specifically excludes use for weddings.

A quick update. I ended up wrapping the front wings, side panels and bonnet. Made a decent job. Also had a mate to help (thanks Andy).

Thanks
Dan

Can't remember the exact price but it was from eBay. I got the 3d stuff which has a really nice texture. The 4d is what you want for super realistic but has a gloss finish. There is 2d but I believe this is the budget version
