Roll bar

Does the roll bar need the back stays for the SVA?

Ive been offered one without any for 25 quid. I know i can add them. Just wondered if they were required.

Nope not for SVA, just peace of mind !!

No rear stays doesn't matter for SVA. Make sure the foward facing edges ie bolt heads are covered.

I think you need stays if you are going to use any part of the roll bar as seat belt mounts. I also wanted the rear bars to protect the fuel tank in the event of a rear ender
