Need to make my own bulge...
OK. Fisher Sportscars don't do a shallow bulge that will cover the gaping hole in my Fury bonnet (about 22 in across) so it looks like I'm
looking at a custom solution.
Can anyone point me in the direction of
a)some good resources on fibreglassing, moulding, gelcoat etc
or b) Somewhere that can make a bulge up relatively cheaply
Thanks
Stephen

I've got a mould for an enlarged phoenix bulge which may or may not work? Using part of it perhaps? (I've even got the bit that came out
of the middle of my bonnet when I hacked it apart)
Someone on sylva-chat might have something...

Chris,
How wide is your bulge across the top?
Cheers

Dimensions?
The bulge only needs to be shallow - probably less than inch in height, but the dimensions are approx
22in wide x 24 in long

Hi Steve,
Chris Gamlin has a few bits for me if we can arrange some strategic logistically complicated plan!
I'll buy the coffee this time though!

Shouldn't be a problem. Chris's place isn't too far away - and Sarah works round the corner from here.
I'll be taking a trip to Doncaster at some point in July/August regardless.

Doncaster is in easy reach for me if that helps.
