MK Bonnet/ Exhaust clearance?????
I am fitting the bonnet and i am cutting around the exhaust manifold.
what sort of gap do i need between the fibreglass and the manifold?????

Not alot, there's some pics in my archive showing the exhaust hole for my blade engine.
I would put some kind of metal surround around the hole though or wrap the headers as they get VERY hot and may discolour the fibreglass..

We used 10mm all round - it does get VERY hot - so possibly I'd go more. Us a shroud of some type in Stainless or Ally to sink the heat.
