Boot Lid Hinges and catch

I've put it off for long enough. I need to trim the top of my boot panel. I have got a sheet of ABS which I plan to cut into 3 - a piece each side to go round the roll hoop stays and a piece in the middle that will open.

How have you fastened / hinged boot lids that work well and are SVA proof?

I used small gate/door hinges from B&Q, worked a treat!

I used a stainless piano hinge from car builders, 600mm long for £6. Just ordered a glovebox lock from Holden that'll slot into the rear luggage hoop.
