Peel Rivets

Damn. Started to fit the rear arches today. Stainless capheads / penny washers and nylocks ready to fasten GRP to GRP. Realised that I've already glued in the inner panel on the driver's side and so can't get in to tighten the bolts up.

So, Peel rivets. Where can I get half a dozen of these from near Birmingham on a Saturday morning?

oops!

i've been thinking about this, and im going to drill a pilot hole though the small hole thats in the bodywork and through into the interior panel.
then expand it, and cap it with a small rubber grommet.
that way, if i damage the arch i'll have access to the nuts to be able to undo it.
not what your looking for, but might be an alternative idea.

You could try, Wrights Auto Supplies, they are in Coventry, just off the A45, near Tile Hill. fairly sure they sell them , but not sure they are open Sats?

Coventry is a bit far but might be worth it. Have you got a phone number so I can ring first?

What about nearer to Brum? Anyone?

In Cov i always use these blokes. Very friendly and they supply the nut + bolt packs for a top of the range Lotus Seven.

(hmmm, strange how i didn't use the word clone / copy in that last sentance, perhaps it missed it out by accident.)
