Side mirrors

What side mirrors have people used? I have some nice chrome teardrop classic ones that won't pass SVA so I need some cheap SVA compliant ones just for the test.
Cheers

I used R1 mirrors - You will have to be a bit cunning if you are going to change them after SVA as the mounting may be different to the ones you want to use leaving holes you don't want in your scuttle!

Maybe you could use the ones you have but make them a bit more sva friendly using shrink wrap and bot head covers etc.

Cheers

Mark

CBR600 or Fireblad one's are good for SVA. £25 from a few choice places. The hole issue is right though... I'd do a bit of jiggery pokery!

Not too worried about holes. My car isn't as nicely crafted as some of yours! I'll put rubber grommets in if I have to!
It's not a radius issue with my existing mirrors it's just that I think they will fail the visibility test. I plan to fit additional chrome mirrors to my aero screens (which are SVA UNfriendly also!) after the test.
