racetech rear mirror

I have a racetech rear view mirror supplied by MNR. Does anyone know if this is SVA compliant?

My concerns are the mounting nut (to the scuttle top), the lack of radius from the plastic to the glass and the lack of E marking. Is the nut likely to be exempt because it can't be contacted by the sphere?

where can I get a nice, cheap replacement?

I'd rather make my existing mirror comply first, or just get one off the shelf second. A cop out I know.

Fair enough!

Mind you - it only took me less than an hour to make, plus painting time. It would have taken me longer to drive into town to look in the shops!

Oh - it only cost me about £1 for materials, as well... if you can get a suitable mirror for next to nothing, like I did.
