Body work (again sorry)

Morning all

Now ive nearly finished the decorating im going to start playing in the garage again.

Im looking for body work for book chassis with pinto fitted, A couple of people have posted this and wanted to know the out come. I have looked at the Luego locost body work and also the Velocity xt does any one know if the xt is taller as the chassis i believe are the same length width ect

Want to order while ive some dosh before she wants another room done

Gary,

The velocity bodywork is taller, I nearly went this route but they didn't do a bonnet without the vent/bulge which i didn't like. Can't remember if its 1" or 2" taller, worth haggling at stoneleigh for a good price

When is stoneleigh?
Realy after scuttle bonnet and nose cone first then i can mont rad steering etc

stoneleigh is may bank holiday (sun/mon at beginning of month) maybe worth ringing ahead and collecting it there to make sure hey have the colour you want. They offered me 5% discount on the phone when i was ringing round for prices if i was to order that day.

From what 've seen its very good, though never scrutinised too closely. Edges and returns are the best places to check to see how well the gelcoat has gone into the mould and how well its released when pulled out.
