MK CHASSIS

Does anyone know the difference between an MK INDY and a MK LOCOST will the bonnett and rear panel from the INDY fit my locost chassis . also does anyone know if MK will be a stoneliegh.

I would have thought all the car makers will show at Stoneliegh,
Certainly hope MK will be there I want a grill and some other stuff.

The MK Indy chassis is 1" taller than the Locost to allow the fitment of a Pinto motor (and various others). It also has Independant rear suspension usind Sierra parts, the Locost uses live axle from Escort / Capri / Cortina.
The bodywork fits both chassis, except the side panels - 1" too tall.Some say the rear panel is also too big, but I got one to fit quite easily.
Yes, I believe they will be at Stoneleigh, along with a fair proportion from this forum - come and see us on stand 39 near the main arena. There should be a good showing of both Locosts and MKs
