Hi, if your talking about those little GRP kits that you can buy at Halfrauds etc. It will cost you an arm and a leg to do even the smallest job, as you will need quite a few of them. Try CFS, or somebody similar, and buy the stuff in bulk, will save you loads. Get them to send you there booklet, loads of useful tips in it, plus full pricelist of all their products. CFS's phone number is 01209 821028, or you can check out their web site www.cfsnet.co.uk . Hope this helps. Regards Chippy

1 Gal gelcoat, 6 metres of 350gm Chopped strand mat 1 Gal (a tin), of general purpose resin, small bottle of peroxide (catalyst) 2" brush, 1 small consolidating roller. 1 gallon of acetone to clean the brush/roller after use. Colour pygment of your choice to colour the gelcoat and resin Do it right and u will have a bit of stuff left! I would suggest 2 layers of csm with a narrow strip added to the inner flange to beef them up in the vicinty of the bolts to the chassis tub I take it u got suitable moulds?
Shug.
P.s. relaease wax to polish the moulds prior to applying the gelcoat
