Fitting Bonnet Catches, any tips?

Just got my bonnet pull-down catches.

Don't want to risk cocking up and miss drilling on my bonnet or something so wondering if anyone has any tips for fitting the bonnet catches correctly. Getting the spacing correct etc.

The gap between my bonnet and the top rail (not including foam) is 5mm. But how I factor this into the spacing I'm not sure!

Thanks,
James

Yeah, would have preferred them really. Even bought the Dzus for the job ages ago ready to fit.

If I had a nice GTS bonnet to match the nose and scuttle I would have too but I have an ali bonnet and it doesn't fit *that* brilliantly. So I decided I'd get a better/safer bonnet fit with the pull-downs.

Cheers,
James
