Adding Header Tank on Hayabusa

I am currently plumbing the Hayabusa engine in my MK Indy and need help with regard to fitting the header tank which I got from MK Engineering. Does anyone know where the 2 outlet pipes (one top and one bottom) on the header tank have to go. I am using a VW polo radiator by the way which does have a small pipe outlet at the top of one of the side chambers.
Thanks

Usually you would fit the lower outlet to the water pump feed hose. This ensures that the pump always has a good head of water. The upper connection can be blanked off in some cases or alternatively connected to a high point in the system (your rad top connection perhaps?) to act as an automatic bleed.
