need help with grp nosecone

hi all,

i started to try and get the resin off the nose cone today ,

so i started to rub it down with 1500 grit wet and dry...

which kinda worked,

except that the grp is now very dull and has lost its high gloss shine...

How do i get it back???????

from 1500 you need to use a course grit. Something like G6. to get the base shine back. Then use G3 to get the good shine.

Yep. I would use something coarser than g3 to start with. On the farclia website it recommends using g6 from 1500 grit paper
