Online auto paint suppier

Hi,

After spraying my bike a lovely candy perl red (Ford Nouveau in cans), I've decided to do my JBA Falcon in the same red since I have gone right of the Roso red it's in just now.

I got paint from Halfords (some kind of acrylic I think, thinner smelt of nail varnish remover), crazily they could not provide me with thinners or even tell me what they were to go with it so I had to improvise.

So does anyone know of a reliable company that I can buy ready mixed paint and the thinners for it, preferably off the net?

Cheers

A few ebay sellers do cellulose and thinners but a local car spares place would be a lot cheaper. Their thinners are £6.** +p&p for 5 litres I pay £3 for the same

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Internet paint

I buy all of my paints from this ebay seller.

e-buy-paint-equipment

First class service. Any colour of your choice mixed. Reasonable prices.
Hell of a lot cheaper than my local suppliers. I have two both are next to useless.

Their equipment is also god quality & value.

hmm perhaps my local one is run by morons, I did point out to them that it made little sense selling paint for a spray gun and not keeping the thinners to go with it. Pity as their paint tends to be a very close match.

I bought some sprays from paints4u.com and they were a perfect match to my 2 pack Pug yellow.

HERE

Not sure how they are on price though but seemed fair enough.

I used to be apathetic but now I just don't care.
