Alternative Bonnet Catch's
Does anyone have any novel ways or just interesting ways of holding down "that there confounded hood"... (sorry.... ) gone a bit USA
since Bush was here!
I'm not too keen on impeeding the otherwise streamline nature of the "brick" and was wondering if anyone has other idea's to
decrease that there wind friction thing...
Look forward to this one I do...

I plan to use DZUS fasteners. 2 on each side should do it.
Can get 'em from http://www.raldes.co.uk
Have a look at Bob's archive for pictures.

8 thumpers uses dzus fastners but he is planning to change to the sva friendly rubber thingies ,he says theres to much fiddling about with the dzus
fastners,they do look nice and tidy though

I'm using dzus fasteners, was hoping not to have trouble at the SVA with then. After all they protrude far less than normal catches )

Thats similar... tho i dont see a spring that is usually round the screw bit, of which is held altogether... clear as mud
