side, rear view mirrors.

I have a set of the CBR mirrors which seem very popular on here. My question is do you put them on the scuttle symetrically or do you have to put them in a slightly differnt position for vision and sva as so many domestic cars do?
Cheers,
Steve.

i used the small racetech ones (for sva also) and had them symetrically and they are ok as they have the main mount screw as angled so i can slant the nearside to suit me.
if that helps at all..............

you dont have to have them symetrical, i know mine arn't, i think my nearside mirror is slightly lower than the offside, you can get them positioned so that you can see someone walk right across the back of the car.

I love Pinto's, even if i did get mine from P&O!
