Has anyone made there own doors!
im thinking of buiding my own doors just seeing if anyone has done it before??

Bob on here has made some, so have a few others. Not rocket science so should be a relatively easy job.

quite a few... Mine were made with ali sheet bent to form an arm rest, with Lexan windows. I have now taken the Lexan off as I have an aeroscreen.

Others have made metal frames covered with vinyl.

I've planned doors or opening side screens for the Trials Car.
I intend to make a frame using 20mm wide x 3mm thick stainless and this will be hinged off the windscreen support upright using Caterham hinges which
are very good value and allow the whole thing to be removed by lifting it off. The frames will be covered with leathercloth and a window included. The
finished sidescreen will look a bit like a Caterham one.
