Paint dilemma
Chaps,
When I built my car, all the paint came from PartCo.
I've now remade my bonnet and went to PartCo to get some more, and.... they don't do paint anymore.
I have enough to paint a nosecone at a push, so am thinking of painting the nose with the existing colour and want suggestions for the bonnet.
I'm thinking of a matt black at the mo
All comments welcome!

A paint specialist should be able to match the paint up for you easily enough - just take a panel along and they should be able to do it. Some can do
it spectroscopically now i believe.

Yes they claim to - but in my experience the colour match isn't exactly good as the machine is normally operated by a monkey!!

Havent you got an Autopaint near you. Went down to our local one with no paint code just a painted washer off of my P100 and they mixed up 2 litres of
celly that was a perfect match.
Cheers,
Bob

Could you do a red bonnet / black nosecone combo or isn't there enough paint left?
