Have a look on here and see what other peeps reckon to the various tyres. Just because it says winter tyre doesn't mean it is any good

just recently had some Kleber Quadraxer fitted on my citroen zx they are a all season tyre so no need for two sets of wheels and full on winter tyres
how good they remains to be seen as no snow yet
can notice they perform much better in the cold and wet compared to the yoko's previously fitted though

Find someone with last months EVO magazine. It had a very good winter tyre test (including testing against summer tyres, and year round tyres). Well
worth a read.

I purchased a set of Continental winter tyres last year after an understeering near miss with a roadside post in the snow.
I was very pleased with the improvement they gave over the fairly new original Continental summer tyres.

Ditto - me to and no issues with them... 4motion and all season tyres so bring on the snow
Should add - got them from Event tyres and couldn't knock the price or fitting service.

Just put a pair of Nankang Snow SV tyres on daughter's Rover 25 ---- I can't report on ice and snow performance but good wet
weather grip and they have lots of sipes which should give good grip on ice.
