I've just had the feed pipe banjo connector off my plastic tank and now its leaking. The moulded-in nut is loose in the tank. Any ideas of a solution short of a shiney new alloy tank?

It's not come out; Just moving very slightly in the plastic and fuel's leaking past it.

I have had the same problem, plastic tank which KitCarWorkshop and Car Solutions? used to supply. Presumably yours is a Fury, mine is in a Striker. I used some heavy gasket paper from the motor factors, then a washer, then the banjo. I think that was it and it has not leaked since. If I remember rightly, the washer has got to be fairly thin as there are not too many threads on the banjo.
