Fuel pump for 4AGE 20v

I'm currently sorting out fuel pipe runs so this may be a bit premature (as always!) but what fuel pumps are suitable for 4AGE 20v engines? What pressure & flow rate is required?

Got mine new from Raw, it's a Sytec one pumping out about 4bar

With filter, conections and mounting plate it was about £150
