Sensor values zetec and Easytherm
Hi guys!
I'm in the process of starting my zetec with Gsxr TB and MS I v3 with direct ignition.
Does anyone have calibrated theirs coolant and airtemp sensors (Ford) to use in MS?
I found this here, from BKlocoo
Manifold sensor (open type)
10 deg C = 56k
40 deg C = 16k
70 deg C = 5k5
Coolant sensor
25 deg C = 30k
50 deg C = 11k2
100 deg C = 2k
Has anyone use these values on a zetec? or do i need to do a calibration myself?

Is this a standard for all ford temp sensor values?
Just wondering as it looks similar to the values for sensors from a ford cosworth v6.
I believe that both the coolant and the air temp sensors are the same type (look at the values for both the temp vs resistance fits between both sets
of data)
Thanks

Someone told me erlier that the resistor method is less accurate than the software method.
I don't see any problems with none of them, but i don't have the resistors at home. So thougt the software method was the one for me.
But Hey!!... I'm from sweden, so what do i know?

Micael,
Let my have an email address and I will send you the files you need.
You can also have a copy of my map if you wish as I am running the same setup. It's not perfect yet but after 250 miles yesterday and lots of
datalogs and tuning, it is pretty close. 35 to the gallon or thereabouts and not slow
