Nobody has answered this though:
Lucas wiper motor.
I have a 3 position switch - it isn't a column one and it isn't from a sierra or english car.
ON - Top position (normal)
OFF - Power (+)
ON - Bottom position (fast)
If I do as the S-V-C site suggests, and wire the Brown (park position) wire to the Normal position and the OFF (+) when the switch is OFF, won't
this mean that the wipers will always be ON?
The Fused power (+) from the loom goes to the middle position on the back of the switch. If this is linked to the top position, the wipers will always
be ON. Therefore, it appears I can't do this with my switch. If so, what do I need?

try this

Do as the SVC site says. The park function is switched by a cam on the wheel so that it is positive unless in the "park" position". The confusion is that people think of the "park" wire as a input when really it's an output!!!

So if the brown wire is just put to LIVE (+), it will self park? Why mention the Normal/slow position wire on the motor at all?
