With this kind of inertia fuel pump switch



How are you supposed to position it? With the button upwards so it's like a roll-over switch? Or sideways? Or what??????

Doesn't seem any point fitting it if it don't work

Peugeot 206 has theres with button upwards.

Same on the 106, rubberised cover over the button facing up.

I have exactly that type of switch - button upwards, connector downwards. Mine's fastened to the scuttle firewall.

think the one on my dads old american ford had the button on top, though i never understood where it was. it was in the manual but i never found it
