can i use these as front side lights?

mounted under my headlights in their little enclosures? they're E marked so i don't see why not, but before you click on them it says reverse lights/sidelights, but when you click on it, it says can be wired in conjunction with regular sidelights?

their just saying you could wire a whole pile of them up like some mad trucker. They'll be fine for sidelights, someones getting ideas from certain Audi's...

What are the visible angles like, I wonder? I've heard that can be an issue with LEDs.
