What size cable for a Zetec starter motor?

Just doing my engine bay wiring, and wondering what size cable to buy for the starter motor cable? 16mm / 25mm / bigger?

Bigger is better, biggest that will fit IMO.

I just used the cables off the Sierra, totally unmodified for peace of mind.

I have a spare set of cables from my donor that I didn,t use, all as Ford made them( basically just as they came out of the donor), starter / alt cable & even think they still have the little connectors on.
Yours if you want them.

I don,t want anything for the cable/s, they are just among the few things I kept from my donor & will prob never get used, so more than happy they go to someone that can make use of them
