I'm sure this was covered recently but I am damned if I can find it.

So, from the sender I have a blue/black wire and a brown wire. On the section of loom that the previous has run to the back of the car and kindly labeled fuel, it has a five pin plug with blue/black, green/brown, red/brown and a brown wire.

What goes to what?
