Hi,
We are just getting to the point of thinking about the dash for the Indy and would like to use the bike clocks. Does anyone know how to reset the
mileage counter on '98 fireblade 919RRW clocks as when fitted to the car we would like them to read the mileage of the car and not the engine

P.s How's the build since i last spoke to you at MK a few Saturdays ago??
Hi Mike,
Builds coming along well, the engine is in and just about wired up. We have a MAC#1 carbon fibre dash on order and have got a MK fuel tank ready to be
plumbed in when we get some fuel pipes. Will let you know how we get on with the speedo.

P.S i've got some photos on my msn space at http://spaces.msn.com/members/indyblade

Did my R1 clocks for £60 a couple of years back. This included converting them to MPH rather than KMH.
I need my new clocks reset so maybe chance of a group buy. Do you guys want me to enquire?

Just had a quote back from scorpio at £69 for the clocks which seems a bit steep to me but will have to shop around a bit and see what other prices I
can get to compare it with.

Ed,
Did you get any better prices. I am sending mine off to scorpio in the next few days.
Cheers

hmmm, I would have thought there'd be some memory: an eerom or battery backed SRAM so it a matter of replaincg the memory - cheap as chips,
literally - or removing the battery for a bit of time..... but that does sound too easy.
Are you able to take them apart up to the point that shows the electronic components and list the device numbers of the chips?
