Wiper motor from MGB
Canada EH! - 21/4/06 at 08:38 PM

Bought an MGB wiper motor and assembly at a flea market, has three terminals, one marked earth, "Old" friend is worried it may be positive earth, and which terminal is Park. I am old enough to remember British cars with positive earth and damn 1/4 whitworth starter motor nut, but I don't think the MGB was one of them. Thanks

MGBs before 1969 were positive earth and later ones were negative but all the wiper motors are the same. They are insulated from the body so you can just wire it up accordingly. So my Dad tells me...

Thanks for the info, so which terminal is park, and is there a built in resistor to get two speeds? Thanks again

Another failed attempt at irony.

Deleted my original post by accident.
