Ive got the omex, sequential system fitted to my,Indy blade, works great, but sometimes can be difficult to see in direct sunlight, looks great at night though

how exactly do they work then, im running a type 9 box, would it be worth getting one

Work off the ignition pulse, so off the dizzy or ECU depending what you have. (Dizzy most likely if you have a pinto)

You just set it at what revs you want to change at, im guessing by reving to that amount then pressing a button.

Always see the omex ones on ebay. Missed out on one a while back.

Yes,as Chris says, they pick up a pulse of the ecu, easy to fit,the sequential ones light up each light at a set RPM,for example,on mine,10250,10750,11250,11750.

I use the cheaper one that's just a rev limiter. Works well, easy to fit and wire in, fairly simple to program up.
