Buying a Data Logger
lsdweb - 20/9/06 at 12:31 PM

Hi All

I'm looking at buying a data logger for next season. I want one with the ability to plot a location to draw a map (gps or inertia?) as well as channels for revs, throttle position, engine parameters (temp etc.).

The two I've looked at are the DynoStar and the Race Technology DL1 (I've fitted one of these for a mate and it's very good).

Any other recommendations?

Regards

Wyn

I picked up a cheap ex-demo DL90 from Race Technology a year or so back. Very good piece of kit although all its done is a few "laps" around the local roads.

If I was starting from scratch I'd get a DL1 + a Dash2 which is amazing value for money at £500
